Know what you are taking
Every product has a guide covering what it is, how people have used it, how to prepare it and who should check with a doctor first.
Natural products, done properly
01Naturally sourced
We buy from growers and suppliers we know, including indigenous Kenyan botanicals such as prunus africana.
02Prepared in small batches
Herbs are milled and packed a little at a time, so what reaches you still smells like the plant.
03Honest information
We say what each herb is traditionally used for, how to prepare it, and when to ask a doctor first.
04A person answers
Not sure what you need? Message us and someone on the team will go through it with you.

We describe how each herb is traditionally used. We do not promise cures.
Herbs are foods and traditional remedies, not medicines. Our guides say plainly what is tradition, what is general nutrition, and when a product is not a good idea, such as with certain medication or during pregnancy.

Before you order
The things customers ask us most. The full list covers ordering, delivery, payment and using the products.
All questionsHow do I place an order?
Add what you want to the cart, open the cart and go to checkout. Fill in your name, phone number and where the order is going, then place the order. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm stock, the delivery charge and the total before anything is sent.
How much is delivery?
It depends on where you are and how heavy the order is. We tell you the exact charge when we confirm the order, before you pay.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa, or cash on delivery for orders within Nairobi. We send the M-Pesa details when we confirm your order. Please do not pay anyone who contacts you from a number other than the one on this website.
Are these products medicines?
No. They are foods and traditional herbs that people use to support general wellbeing. They are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any illness, and they do not replace care from a doctor.
Can I use herbs while pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
Speak to your doctor first. Several herbs, including ginkgo, hawthorn, black seed and prunus africana, can interact with medicines or are not advised in pregnancy. Each herb guide has a caution section that says who should check before use.
